This PAC Herzog HFP 360 Pensky Martens Automatic Closed Cup Flash Point Tester is in good cosmetic condition. This unit does not power on and for this reason it is being sold for parts. The connections are clean and in good condition. The flash point probe is damaged and the automatic closing arm is broken. There are minor scuff marks on the exterior (see photos). Includes everything in the pictures and nothing else.
